Why do we process your personal data?
At PUNTO DE FUGA INVESTIGACION PROSPECTIVA, S.L. we perform three different types of personal data processing:
- we process the data candidates provide us to keep them informed of the different job vacancies that arise in our organization
- we process the data that potential customers provide to inform them of our proposals and commercial services
- we process the data of participants in our market research.
Issue of your personal data is a voluntary act, necessary to provide you a service or to enable you to take part in our market studies. Should you prefer not to provide us your data, we will not be able to offer you any services and you will not be able to take part in our research projects.
What personal data of yours do we process?
For candidates and customers, we process their basic contact information. For participants in market research, we process both their basic contact information and the opinions and preferences they express in our research projects.
The data comes from the interested parties themselves.
How long do we keep your data?
The data provided will be kept for one year or until you exercise your right of erasure.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent given by the interested party. For participants in market research, in addition to their consent, we are also authorized to use their data to comply with our legal obligations (tax matters for example).
Which recipients will have their data passed on?
The transfer of the data of candidates and customers to third parties is not envisaged, except upon legal requirement.
For participants in market research, data may be transferred to:
- Banks and savings banks, to make payments
- The Tax Authorities, to comply with tax obligations
- The company that has commissioned the research in which you have taken part may be issued with videos and audio recordings featuring the content of the interviews performed.
Will your data be transferred outside the European area?
No, no transfer of your personal data outside the European area is envisaged.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Anyone is entitled to confirm whether at PUNTO DE FUGA INVESTIGACION PROSPECTIVA, S.L. we are processing personal data that concerns them or not.
Interested parties are entitled to access their personal data, to withdraw the consent given, and to request rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, ask for its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the ends for which they were collected.
